Pis/Pasep 2023 will cover approximately 23 million workers who were registered in 2021.

Who is entitled to Pis/Pasep 2023?

The eligibility criteria to receive Pis/Pasep 2023 include being registered in the program for at least five years and having formally worked for at least 30 days in 2021, with remuneration of a maximum of two minimum wages per month.
Furthermore, it is necessary that the worker's data has been correctly reported by the employer in the Annual Social Information List (RAIS).
The amount will be calculated proportionally to the period worked recorded in the portfolio. Then, for each month worked, a benefit of R$108.50 will be granted, with periods equal to or greater than 15 days being considered as a full month.
For example, if the worker has only worked one month, they will receive R$108.50. Those who worked the full 12 months of the year will be entitled to the full minimum wage, which is expected to be R$1,302.00 next year.
How will payments be made?
Workers in the private sector who have a checking or savings account with Caixa will receive credit automatically at the bank, according to the payment schedule that is made in scales by month of birth.
However, workers who do not have an account at Caixa Econômica Federal will receive the value of Pis/Pasep 2023 through digital social savings, which can be used through the app box has.
However, if the worker is unable to open the digital account, he or she will be able to withdraw the benefit at self-service terminals, lottery units, Caixa Aqui or branches, according to the calendar.
In the case of Pasep, workers who are account holders or have a savings account at Banco do Brasil will have the amount credited directly to their accounts.
Another option for workers who are not Banco do Brasil account holders is to transfer the amount via TED to an account they own.
This transfer can be carried out through self-service terminals, portals or at the branches' cash counters, as long as the worker presents an official identity document.

What happens if the benefit is not withdrawn on the correct date?
If the worker does not make the withdrawal within the established period, the amount will no longer be made available, and the benefit will be lost. Remembering that Pis/Pasep 2023 can only be withdrawn until December 29th.
