Last year, Ye was mocking Jay-Z and Travis Scott for not having as much money as him.

Reports say that since he lost his contract with GAP and Adidas, he has had to stop construction on one of his properties to sort out his finances.

According to Radar Online, the $ 57 million house in Malibu that Ye bought in September 202 and destroyed for Ye-ize, has come to a complete standstill.

Where is he staying?

A source shared, “Ye has been living mostly at the Waldorf for the past month with Juliana [Nalu, his new model girlfriend].” According to the website, the hotel is expensive, costing guests anywhere from US$1,204 to US$4,018 per night for a rooftop stay.

Since moving in at the beginning of October, Ye has already spent about US$$170,000.

“His house near Kim’s also needs work, and he wanted a change of scenery after months at Soho Warehouse Downtown,” the person said.

Despite staying at the swanky hotel, the source said, “He's having to sort out his finances, so renovation work on his Malibu home is on hold for the moment.”

As reported by AllHipHop.Com, in early 2021, Forbes listed the rapper as having an estimated net worth of $6.6 billion. In October, Ye's value fell to US$500 million, after losing business worth US$6.1 billion in months due to anti-Semitic statements and controversial comments about the death of George Floyd.

Kim Kardashian, the billionaire mother of his children and ex-wife of the troubled rapper, is moving forward with her real estate dream and is currently investing money in one of the most expensive hotels in Beverly Hills.
