The company has partnered with Tavros Holdings, LLC (“Tavros”) to purchase a discovered trophy building site at 24-19 Jackson Ave in the rectangular submarket of the Long Island metropolis for US$$ 68.3 million. INCOCO and Tavros will combine the acquired site with the adjacent lot currently owned by Tavros and co-build the aggregated site directly into a 55-story Class A mixed-use tower with over 600 residences and 90,000 rectangular square feet of commercial home space.
The development is located one block from the Court Square subway station and is among the most pleasant transportation and passenger locations in the outlying neighborhoods of Long Island City. In connection with the construction of the development, the construction team partnered with the MTA to enhance New York City's subway infrastructure. Once construction is complete, you will enjoy the proximity to local parks, promenades, cafes, restaurants, views, and a plethora of water activities within the East River.
Furthermore, INCOCO led the acquisition of US$ 156.6 million of the residential and parking fixtures of The Dime at 275 South Fifth St in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The Dime is a spectacular 23-story glass and terracotta tower developed with the assistance of Tavros Holdings. The Dime is architecturally intertwined with the landmark 1908 ten-cent rate reduction financial institution and consists of 177 rental residences with two levels of underground parking.
