Can hash transcend politics (and the US retailer)?

In 1984, I bought an ounce of commercial Jamaican marijuana for one of the rich, vital kids at my college. It became more effective my 2d weed business. I was 16 and a little worried. I went to faculty in a conservative town south of Washington, D.C., known as Alexandria, Virginia. This selected guy went from being a Republican family unit to wearing a Ronald Reagan button when meeting me for business. I used to be afraid he was going to tell on me, so I had to be careful. I requested questions before agreeing to promote it to weed. Why did it change to him buying weed from me? Who would he share it with? Where did he intend to smoke and most importantly, what was his plan now to not get caught with my weed?
His solutions were satisfactory enough for me to verify that he was no longer a whistleblower, but I still hesitated to promote him to weed. I used to be shocked that a kid who loved Ronald Reagan would want my ganja. How can any marijuana smoker help that man? How did I come face to face with this and what should I still do? These questions swirled around in my mind, except I suggested we smoke a joint to model the best of ganja. I wanted to look at several of your commitments and I need a moment to change all of this. He eagerly agreed and after we each got high, I asked him about the Reagan button. He mumbled something about his parents donating funds to Reagan, so he needed to use the factor. He could care a lot less about Reagan or politics, he just wanted to celebrate. I knew it changed to more effective in real part, but it continued.
As I took a deep breath of that sweet Jamaican leaf, I realized that the son who smoked marijuana was one step ahead of the rest – although he didn't take much of a step forward, at least he turned into smoking hash – and as he exhaled, I decided to sell him the bag of Jamaican. I'm happy to record that I offered him a lot of weed, unless we both graduated and certainly weren't captured. I got to know him over time and we often discussed politics while smoking the joint before our transactions. From time to time I persuaded him that he was mistaken, and sometimes he made me think of conservative concepts in another way. We didn't agree on anything, however, we had no other option than to trust one another to avoid being caught. And I realized that some joints can be very useful in bringing together different types of individuals.
Thirty-seven years later, I found myself working with many conservative Republicans to help them in their hashish ventures. Each of these entrepreneurs is a successful businessman in different industries. Some simply need to do it to make money, but others have a particular connection to the healing powers of hashish and need to introduce this healing to others in their neighborhood. However, others are aware of friends who have started using cannabis and are doing well or are having fun in space. The reasons for taking action are different, but they all locate the method in my inbox in some way.
These individuals do their due diligence on me before calling and understand that my political affairs are different from theirs – but they employ me nonetheless. And I work with them because I know hash is smarter than any of us, and if I just put it in the hands of as many Americans as I want, it will do the job relaxed for me. My views have certainly evolved because of my high school years, however, the significant premise that the cannabis can transcend political affiliations and produce individuals together now not.
However, I am working with this premise in intellect and all these years later, despite all that these fights to legalize marijuana have been received, I am inside the trenches building groups with Americans whose politics do not align with mine. Yet we simply focus on the task at hand and build the company. Over time, we see beyond the modifications to a place of mutual admiration and a shared intention to bring cannabis from the shadows to the easy. And we can all feel like we are transcending our improvements in some small way. I am no longer obligated to change my clients' policies or they could change mine, however, I study every day that we don't have to. All we need to do is build together to take cannabis to individuals. And if we build together, this act of creation will also transcend political differences, and maybe we can all get past this and be Americans once again.
So the next time someone asks who you voted for, say “before I answer that question, do you need to smoke a joint?”
