Below is a list of documentation and requirements for requesting it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Required documents<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>CPF;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>RG (identity card);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Birth Certificate if the candidate does not have an ID;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Updated proof of residence;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work Card;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of income for the last 12 months;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Academic Record (if the candidate is a student);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Updated proof of vaccination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements to request exemption from CNH fee (social)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Literacy (reading and writing);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be over 18 years old;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be part of Bolsa Fam\u00edlia\/Aux\u00edlio Brasil or another assistance program from the \u2013 \u2013 Federal Government;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Study in the public education network;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have a disability;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Being an ex-convict.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Which states offer CNH fee exemption?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">See below the list of states that do or do not offer this social benefit:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Acre<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Public school students, attending high school, can participate in the \u201cYoung Apprentice in Traffic\u201d program. Course duration: 6 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Amazon<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">People over 18 years old, residing in the state for at least two years, with a family income of up to three minimum wages per month or unemployed for more than a year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bahia<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Students from public or private schools with full scholarships, unemployed or with an income equal to or less than the minimum wage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cear\u00e1<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Students from public schools, PCDs, people leaving the penitentiary system and beneficiaries of Bolsa Fam\u00edlia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Federal District<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Modalities \u201cQualified Student\u201d (18 to 25 years old, registered with Cad\u00danico and attending or completed high school in public schools) and \u201cQualified Citizen\u201d (over 18 years old with CPF or ID).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Holy Spirit<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unemployed for at least one year or with <a href=\"https:\/\/noticias-gerais.online\/veja-o-calendario-do-bolsa-familia-de-julho-de-2023\/\">family income<\/a> of up to two minimum wages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Goi\u00e1s<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Several modalities available, exempting Detran fees, including courses and scheduling tests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Maranh\u00e3o<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Students from public schools in the state of Maranh\u00e3o, residing in the municipality, having taken the Enem and without judicial convictions for non-compliance with traffic legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Para\u00edba<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unemployed or employed people with income up to one minimum wage, students of Projovem or Brasil Alfabetizado programs, graduates of the penitentiary system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Rio de Janeiro<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Exemption from fees for low-income or physically disabled people, upon presentation of a letter from the public defender&#039;s office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>large northern river<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Benefit available to those enrolled in programs such as Bolsa Fam\u00edlia, of legal age, with proven residence in the state and not legally prevented from obtaining a driver&#039;s license.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Roraima<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Online registration for the CNH Cidad\u00e3, with vacancies for low-income people, drivers and people with disabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sergipe<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Free driver\u2019s license program \u201cEscola P\u00fablica de Tr\u00e2nsito\u201d, requiring unemployment and participation in a federal government social program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>States that do not have the benefit<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Northeast Region:<\/strong> Alagoas, Pernambuco, Piau\u00ed;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>North region:<\/strong> Amap\u00e1, Par\u00e1, Rond\u00f4nia, Tocantins;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Midwest region:<\/strong> Mato Grosso and Mato Grosso
