According to the government, this benefit brings benefits to the entire society.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The person with a disability receives a financial incentive to enter and remain in the job market, while the employer complies with the Quota Law, which establishes the reservation of vacancies for professionals with disabilities in companies.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This measure seeks to promote inclusion and equalize opportunities in the workplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"quais-os-objetivos-dessa-iniciativa\"><strong>What are the objectives of this initiative?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Give that little boost to the autonomy of people with disabilities;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Give that incentive for people with disabilities to throw themselves into professionalism;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Give private companies a hand in bringing diversity to their teams;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Put the independence of people with disabilities first;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.
