Follow the step by step below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First, access the <a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=br.com.gabba.Caixa&hl=en_US\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Caixa app<\/a> or Internet Banking;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then click on the \u201cI don\u2019t have a user\u201d option;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accept the terms and conditions and then click \u201ccontinue\u201d;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill in your full name, CPF number, date of birth and click \u201ccontinue\u201d again;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter your account details, such as agency, account type, account number and account password, and click continue;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finally, register the new password and click \u201ccontinue\u201d;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ready! Your new user will be created, and you can now access your account with your CPF and new password.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"recuperando-a-senha-do-caixa-tem\"><strong>Recovering your Caixa Tem password<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To access the Caixa Tem app, you need to use your CPF number and a six-digit numeric password.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you forgot your password, don&#039;t worry, recovery is easy. See how to do it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First, open the Caixa Tem app and tap the \u201cI forgot my password\u201d option;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Secondly, enter your CPF in the indicated field, check the option \u201cI&#039;m not a robot\u201d and tap \u201cContinue\u201d;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thirdly, the application will send instructions for recovering the password to the registered email;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then, access your email, find the password change link and click on \u201cLink to reset credentials\u201d;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow the instructions provided and enter the new password. Remember that the password must be numeric and contain six digits, and cannot be the same as your CPF, contain repetitions or be your date of birth;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finally, tap \u201cContinue\u201d to complete the process and then you will be able to log in to the platform with the new chosen password.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have lost access to the phone or email registered with Caixa Tem, unfortunately, it is not possible to change this information directly through the application.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this case, you will need to go to a physical Caixa branch, taking an identification document with a photo, such as ID, driver&#039;s license or passport, and request the change from the attendant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"central-de-atendimento-da-caixa\"><strong>Caixa call center<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"466\" src=\"http:\/\/noticias-gerais.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image-5.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4366\" srcset=\"https:\/\/noticias-gerais.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image-5.png 700w, https:\/\/noticias-gerais.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image-5-300x200.png 300w, https:\/\/noticias-gerais.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image-5-150x100.png 150w, https:\/\/noticias-gerais.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image-5-696x463.png 696w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Google Images<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Another option is to contact the Caixa Customer Service Center to request a change of email.
