ECG diagnosis by Samu<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Samu&#039;s ambulances, rescuers deal daily with critical emergencies, such as heart attacks.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To speed up care, these ambulances are equipped with electrocardiographs that send test results in real time to HCor cardiologists.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In ten years, this system allowed more than 800,000 remote diagnoses, identifying around 12,000 cases of heart attack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2-capacitacao-online-no-una-sus\"><strong>2. Online Training at UNA-SUS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tele-education is an aspect of telemedicine that offers training and updating to healthcare professionals via the internet. One of these initiatives is UNA-SUS, which provides online courses to improve SUS workers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-triagem-oftalmologica-remota\"><strong>3. Remote Eye Screening<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2017, a project began to reduce long waiting lines for ophthalmology consultations using telemedicine.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Until March 2021, more than 24 thousand patients were served through this initiative, receiving diagnoses and ophthalmological guidance remotely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"4-teleconsulta-pelo-tele-sus\"><strong>4. Teleconsultation via TeleSUS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Created in April 2020, during the Covid-19 pandemic, TeleSUS aims to provide remote care to the population, especially in times of social isolation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through a free telemedicine application and online chat, the system initially screens symptoms and, if necessary, directs you to a teleconsultation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In just three months, this service reached more than 73 million people, with 1.8 million of them having online consultations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"5-telemedicina-como-servico-regular-em-sao-paulo\"><strong>5.
