In his previous role as market leader at JP Morgan Private Bank in Chicago, he consistently generated top-tier revenue growth, built client solutions across all product and service lines, and maintained a client retention rate close to 100%. Prior to his private banking role, he spent several years as a senior executive in JP Morgan&#039;s Institutional Trust business.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cOver the past six years, John Koudounis and I have collaborated to determine the successful direction of the company.
