Who are those excluded from Bolsa Família 2024?

More than 1.5 million people who received Bolsa Família irregularly were removed from the social program. This measure made it possible for the government to implement an additional R$ 150.
Those excluded from the program include beneficiaries with income above the legal limit and individual registrations.
According to the minister, approximately 400 thousand of these registrations are from families made up of just one member.
In this new stage of the program, some requirements were reintroduced, such as children's school attendance and updating their vaccination records.
These Bolsa Família counterparts were no longer required during the Jair Bolsonaro government.
Bolsa Família payment dates follow the calendar determined by the Social Identification Number (NIS).
