What is Inclusion Aid?

Inclusion Aid is an initiative aimed at those who receive the Continuous Payment Benefit (BPC) and are preparing to return to the job market.
This aid consists of a monthly cash amount, providing more autonomy for people with disabilities and facilitating their entry into the professional environment.
The origin of this benefit dates back to article 94 of the Statute of Persons with Disabilities, Law 13,146/2015.
However, only in 2021, with the regulation by Law 14,176, Inclusion Aid began to have a more solid legal basis.
The implementation was led by the federal government, through the Ministry of Citizenship. According to the government, this benefit brings benefits to the entire society.
The person with a disability receives a financial incentive to enter and remain in the job market, while the employer complies with the Quota Law, which establishes the reservation of vacancies for professionals with disabilities in companies.
This measure seeks to promote inclusion and equalize opportunities in the workplace.
What are the objectives of this initiative?
1. Give that little boost to the autonomy of people with disabilities;
2. Give that incentive for people with disabilities to throw themselves into professionalism;
3. Give private companies a hand in bringing diversity to their teams;
4. Put the independence of people with disabilities first;
5. Make companies follow the Quota Law exactly.
Who can apply for Inclusion Assistance?
- Individuals who received the Continuous Payment Benefit (BPC) in the last 5 years;
- People with disabilities (PWD) working in the public or private sector, with a salary below two minimum wages in 2023 (R$2,604.00);
- Those with a per capita family income equal to or less than ¼ of the minimum wage at the time of applying for Inclusion Assistance (R$325.50);
- People with updated registration in the Single Registry (CadÚnico);
- Individuals regularly registered with the Individual Taxpayer Registry (CPF).
When requesting the benefit, it is essential to present a per capita family income within the mentioned criteria.
Failure to comply with this requirement or not be carrying out a paid activity at the time of the request may result in denial of Inclusion Assistance.
Furthermore, keeping your registration with CadÚnico up to date and having a regular CPF are essential to avoid problems, such as difficulties in taking up positions in public services.
How much is the Inclusion Aid?

The current value of the Inclusion Allowance is R$651.00, which represents half of a minimum wage, that is, 50% of the amount paid by the BPC.
